Excursion Facilities

 Anh Hoa Residence is close to several worth exploring sites such as:

. At Minh Dam, 5km from Long Hai, there are caves with historical connections to the Vietnam War. Nearby, there is a mountain top temple with great panoramic views of the coastline.

. Chua Phap Hoa, 4km away, is a peaceful pagoda set in a forest with lots of wild monkeys. There are some good trails here for short hikes.

. At about 45km north of Long Hai, there is hot springs at Binh Chau. The baths, in different sizes, range from 37⁰C to 40⁰C and the minerals in the water are said to be beneficial to the bones, muscles and skin. They are also said to improve blood circulation. There are also a couple of hot springs. The hottest spring reaches 82⁰C which is hot enough to boil an egg in 10 to 15 minutes.

Also and besides the possibilities of renting cars, An Hoa Residence can organize some daily excursions such as Vung Tau City Tour, Vung Tau Ocean Park, fishing by canoe or boat, Long Son Islet (Mr. Tran religion and ecologic system of mangrove forest) and Binh Chau Hot Spa that the World Tourism Organization has added to its list of sustainable ecotourism resorts and has also added to its World Tourism Organization's website.

Climate:

There are no good or bad seasons for visiting Vietnam.

When one region is wet, cold or steamy hot, there is always somewhere else that is sunny and pleasantly warm. It is the case in the area of An Hoa Residence located 2km northeast of Long Hai Village, which benefits from a “micro-climate” even during the raining seasons generally between May to October.

While the annual average fall in raining seasons is 1,200mm in the Province during the raining season, the last nine years have seen only three days in a row without seeing the sun in the area of An Hoa Residence, and it was not raining all the time.
