Rates and Reservations
Rates from December 2009 to October 31, 2010 (Accommodation & continental breakfast)

The above rates are subject to 5% service charge and 10% VAT tax.
All the above sizes include indoors and outdoors areas.

Reservations:

    - For reservations, requirement of a minimum of 2 nights’ stay

    - All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card

    - If it is not guaranteed by a credit card, 50% deposit for full length of stay must be paid

      at time of reservation and the full prepayment 20 days before arrival.

    - Check-in time: 14.00h.

    - Check-out time: 12.00h.

 Cancellation Policy:

    - Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival: no charge

    - Cancellations made between 29 and 20 days: 50% of stay or cancelled nights charged

    - Cancellations or amendments made 19 days or less before arrival: full length of stay or reduced nights

    - Cancellations must be made in writing. A written confirmation cancellation  number  will  be  issued  and  must  be

      retained by the client if a refund is to be processed. E-mail cancellations require acknowledgement from the resort.

      Refunds will be made either by bank transfer or to the credit card to which the deposit was charged.
