However, this exclusive concept has the signature of Mrs. Anoa Dussol-Perran who has been living in France for 32 years and, besides her previous activities of helicopter pilot, is well experienced in real estate development.

She is as well, together with her husband Ricardo Perran, the owner of An Hoa Residence. 

She had been also the Founder and Chairwoman of the well-known “Anoasis Beach Resort”, just a few walking steps from An Hoa Residence, which has received much praise from various guide books and travel publications, including the award of Best Resort in Southern Vietnam from 2002 to 2005.

An Hoa Residence is managed by Ricardo Perran, who has a 40-year experience with international hotel chains in Europe, North America and Asia.
